WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: This is a key leadership role in the nVent Growth organization with responsibility for all planning and implementation actions required to improve nVent brand awareness globally and with distributors in Europe Main responsibilities: Responsible for nVent global brand development and respective governance Define Brand development strategy and respective actions for ultimate vision Lead the update and expansion of enterprise brand guidelines in coordination with Enterprise Marketing team, Content Centers, enterprise and segments marketing teams Lead the annual Enterprise Brand survey and recommend and deploy actions for continuous brand awareness development Work with the segments’ marketing leads to develop an internal training and governance effort Establish and maintain brand development budget Collaborate with Enterprise Communications team to define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media channels Lead deployment for nVent European brand building efforts Manage the one-nVent Europe campaign including: Brand Campaign: build a campaign creative platform and ensure alignment to campaign principles and assets, Story Creation and Telling: define high impact segment and cross segment stories, schedule Content Management: oversee content creation, define translation needs and establish content types and standards,. Media Channels: define and manage brand delivery channels including Social, PR, Key Performance Indicators and Scorecards and research Key distributors: coordinate with key One nVent distributor partners on how to best improve the nVent brand within their marketing assets, ie distributors’ website, web shops, portal suppliers Coordinate across functional teams to deliver and sustain campaign (social teams, marketing segment teams, story creation, distribution channel team, content centers) YOU HAVE: Bachelor’s Degree required (economics, business, statistics, data science, marketing, engineering, or related preferred) Previous experience in or with 10 years’ experience in a Business setting & related career experience showing progressively increasing levels of responsibility with a minimum of three years' experience in a leadership role Demonstrated “Trusted Partner role” in working with multiple Enterprise business functions and business segment communicators Providing expertise and thought leadership regarding communications content, methods, and timing. Sound project management skills with regard to schedule, budgets and resources Skills Exceptional brand storytelling Knowledge of Social Media, PR industry and media.
