WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Serve as leader to Employee Resource Group chapter chairs throughout North America Assist in professional development opportunities for ERG leadership Develop partnership with Talent Acquisition to leverage ERGs in recruiting efforts NVENT FOUNDATION AND CORPORATE GIVING: Manage the governance of the nVent Foundation and ensure compliance with private foundation laws; including annual budget and tax filings Develop and champion global employee volunteer and giving activities Manage vendor relationships with Your Cause and Scholarship America Manage relationships with nonprofits and community organizations YOU HAVE: 3 years in a corporate philanthropy or non-profit experience Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information Ability to lead volunteer teams and drive multiple projects Skills: Open and curious about different cultures, customs and languages; work effectively and collaboratively across cultures, uses positive influencing to promote teamwork; strong leadership capabilities and inclusion skills WE HAVE: A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day We are a $2 billion, high-performance electrical company with a dedicated team of 8,800 people and trusted brands such as CADDY, ERICO, HOFFMAN, RAYCHEM, SCHROFF and TRACER.
