What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Coordinator position at nVent?

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Manage all local and preferred site vendors including vendor relationship management and inventory management/ordering (i.e. office supplies, kitchen/coffee station products, cleaning, shredding etc.)
Manage site shipments (USPS and UPS) and mail sorting
Greet and assist visitors; Establish, communicate and maintain visitor protocols
Coordinate meeting space and meals for meetings and large specialty events
Assist in planning of site based events and other company events as needed
Respond to employee site based facilities concerns
Coordinate with building management, security, and engineering teams
Manage site security access system including employee and visitor access card management
Prepare and communicate weekly leadership whereabouts calendar
Provide supplemental support for Executive Assistant Team as needed
YOU HAVE:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
Previous experience in or with office or leader administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent administrative and organizational skills including strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to lift 20 pounds
