What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: In this position, you will get to: Drive organization and processing of our sales commissions and rebate programs. Collaborate cross-functionally to support and improve the sales commission and rebate tracking, reporting, and processing procedures Provide analytical and data content associated with sales, supporting the multiple teams, presenting to stakeholders when required. Perform ad-hoc financial and commission-related analyses for various department management, including Human Resources and Sales Maintain existing internal reporting, develop ideas for additional reports, and improved functionalities where applicable. Assist in fulfilling requests for documentation from auditors, both internal and external You have: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or similar discipline highly preferred Microsoft Office proficiency with a strong understanding of Excel is required; knowledge of Cognos, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, and/or PowerPivot are preferred. Experience with PriceFX is a plus. 3 years experience preferred in one or more of the following areas; analyzing data in accounting, sales, finance, marketing Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively relay complex and/or technical information to those with limited knowledge of compensation-related policies and concepts Ability to think critically, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems Demonstrated ability to utilize strong written and verbal communication skills.
