We are looking for an ambitious Junior Account Executive to join our team. This is a full-time job in an office position located in Tempe Arizona.
The Junior Account Executive is the face (or voice) of the company. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and will help to guide them through our sales process. This role also assists with market research, strategy, client relationships, and data analysis. We are looking for someone who is highly collaborative, optimistic, and who is ready to be an important part of our tight-knit team.
In this role, you will learn the mortgage process from beginning to end, gaining a thorough understanding of Hard Money Lending. You will be responsible for increasing both prospective customers and overall sales for the entire organization while providing excellent customer experience.

Job Description/Requirements:
- Take ownership of lead generation, market research, client relationships, and data analysis
- Call high volume of leads per day using auto dialer while capturing important data
- Understand how to perform market research and synthesize data in order to contribute to team strategy
- Work collaboratively with teammates to nurture leads from open to close
- High level of organization across platforms
- Ability to work independently with diligence and integrity
- Creative problem solver, always thinking of alternatives and solutions
- Possess a high level of interest, knowledge, or experience in real estate
- Preferred: experience with Google Suite applications
- Strongly preferred: experience in sales, appointment setting, and cold calling
- High School Diploma
