Our ideal candidate has strong design talents, proven leadership, refined technical abilities, and natural communication skills. We prefer candidates with several years of project management and commercial design experience, but we encourage those with less to apply if they feel capable of meeting our goals with added support as they grow into the role. Specific responsibilities include project management, schematics, design development, specifications, construction documentation and construction administration. Ability to coordinate and lead a production team is key to long-term success. Work may also include planning, feasibility studies, building assessments, BIM/Revit modeling, and LEED/Sustainable building design along with assisting the marketing department with proposal writing.

Compensation package based on level of experience.
