Northwest Facilities & Equipment Maintenance (NWFEM) provides commercial equipment and facilities maintenance and repair for quick serve restaurants and commercial businesses in the Portland, OR and Seattle, WA metropolitan areas. Job Summary

We have a unique opportunity right now, are growing fast, and are looking for right fit employees to meet the demand. We have received a large backing from our primary customer and are looking to bring on an energetic, professional and capable IT Support Specialist to take over our device management, cloud systems, software troubleshooting, API configurations, and general IT troubleshooting. Our ideal candidate is a highly positive, creative problem solver, that leads with empathy, and comes with openness to helping us find solutions. We are looking for someone passionate about their industry and is constantly striving for a better way to complete our day to day tasks and management of the companies technology. Some one seasoned and capable in IT that will help us streamline our company needs.


Available Shifts

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Knowledge

  • Azure/Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace pro
  • Experience with server less cloud systems like CloudFlare Workers
  • High troubleshooting aptitude
  • Ubiquiti UniFi Ecosystem, including UniFi Identity SAML/OpenID proficiency
  • Experience with Restful API technologies
  • Highly versed with Apple hardware/software including Apple Business Essentials/Manager
  • Ticket based remote troubleshooting
  • QuickBooks Desktop/Online and Corrigo pro
  • Windows server

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote end user day-to-day support of software applications, PC hardware, peripherals, mobile devices (Apple iOS, Android), phone systems, printers, and all office technology with a focus on employee satisfaction and technical excellence
  • Network management in multiple locations
  • Creating and tracking company KPI's
  • Troubleshoot computer software issues with MacOS, Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and other applications
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company
  • Assist in creating training materials for incoming staff
  • Minimize down-time for all systems, with an emphasis on e-mail, LAN, remote access, and any other systems that are considered mission-critical
  • Configure and manage Windows Server, and Microsoft Office 365 software
  • Provide IT orientations as needed
  • Process equipment orders
  • Administration of company MDM software
  • Continuous improvement of company IT and API integrations
  • Creative IT problem solving

Salary will be dependent upon experience and skills. NWFEM offers comprehensive medical and dental insurance coverage following 60 days (about 2 months) of employment.
