We are a growing 20 year-old Managed Service Provider that supports and services clients coast-to-coast. We are looking for an IT Technician to be part of our call center team. The team member we are looking for will provide support for our clients and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A NW Technology Service Technician serves to help our clients operate more efficiently by implementing the proper use of today's technologies. We are looking for candidates with an aptitude for IT, customer-oriented, with natural troubleshooting skills. New hires onboard with a 6-week training and orientation program to ensure quality service to our clients.

Full-time (Monday – Friday)
Shifts: Varies between 6:00 am – 7:00 pm
Experience Preferred: 2 years’ experience.
