We are currently seeking a skilled Hardscaper and Crew Leader to join our talented team. As a NWI Patio Pro crew leader you will be working on high end residential projects that will require attention to detail and craftsmanship, all while displaying a positive attitude. The desired candidate is a natural leader who can maintain project scope and deadlines. Experience with hardscape/landscape design and installation is required. This is a full time position, based out of Valparaiso, IN.
**Requirements**
- Must be 18 with a valid driver’s license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Experience in hardscape/landscape/building field(s)
- Proven record leading groups/teams
- Knowledge of hardscaping techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to lift and transport 50 pounds
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and assist hardscape projects such as building retaining walls, patios, outdoor kitchens, outdoor fire pits, etc.
- Use hand tools to complete various landscaping tasks
- Communicate any issues to supervisors, with tangible solutions
- Have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ensure project scope is completed on time and work to meet deadline
**Compensation**
- The compensation range for this position is $27-35 per hour, depending on candidate experience and qualifications
