Duties:
- Help employees with day-to-day questions and needs
- Organize company's internal information to stay up-to-date and accessible for all employees
- Manage shipping of office supplies and trade show materials between our head office and employees around the world
- Manage employee expense processing/reimbursement and company credit card administration
- Onboard customers and manage invoicing through QuickBooks and various supplier portals (Coupa, SAP Ariba, etc)
- Keep track of accounts receivable and follow up with late payments
- Continually improve internal processes, working closely with the CEO
- Lead and manage projects to ensure timely completion and successful outcomes
- Onboarding new employees, from initial offer letter to getting them set up with all software and systems
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets, Microsoft Word, and other office programs
