About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of assigned clients, playing a key role in achieving our aggressive sales and NPS target. You will leverage your expertise in presales, product management, and account management to build strong relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive successful project implementations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand business, upsell solutions, and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead presales efforts, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and team building for digital initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on software solutions and best practices.
- Manage the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and beyond.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, delivery) to ensure seamless client experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology advancements to tailor solutions to client needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in account or service delivery management, preferably in the software services industry.
- Expertise in product engineering. Cloud and date engineering to offer consultative sale to customer
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Strong presales experience, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and team leadership.
- Experience with product management and a deep understanding of software delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field preferred.
