Professional physically disabled woman looking to expand care team with long-term personal care assistants in order to live independently. Daily tasks / responsibilities indlude: assisting with all ADLs such as dressing, grooming, showering, transferring, exercising, organizing/light housekeeping). This is not a companion position.
The ideal candidate resides locally in Nassau county Long Island or queens, is active, energetic, physically fit, reliable, able to multitask, and organized. You must have a valid drivers license and drive to and from work with your own vehicle. COVID and flu vaccination required.
No credentials required, on the job training will be provided. Position is CDPAP (registration required; not a private position).
Weekday and weekend morning shifts available:
Weekday mornings 7:30 am- 1:00 pm and/or 6:00 pm-9:30 pm
Weekend mornings 9:30am - 1:00 pm and/or evenings 7:00 pm-9:30 pm
20-35 hours per week.
