In this new era, it is jknown that nursing staffing is a significant challenge for all healthcare providers today. Therefore we decided we need to add a very important position into our incredible team. We are now seeking a strong director of recruitment and retention to help us build and stabilize a stronger nursing team.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of candidates through our "apploi" platform and outbound sourcing methods.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing information about the company and position.
- Coordinating the interview process and mediate any candidate concerns during the recruitment process
- Attend and run marketing events at local school for nursing and colleges.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- Relevant experience
- Excellent ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday - weekend events from time to time.
