We're seeking an enthusiastic Highjump WMS Developer to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology, where you'll play a critical role in developing and maintaining Highjump WMS systems. Surya’s WMS Developer is responsible for performing activities that improve and optimize the Warehouse Management System to align with the business operations at Surya. You will work with our company’s Biz Ops Team and will leverage previous experience/knowledge and keen business acumen to improve operational visibility and efficiency, review KPIs and recommend policy and process updates as required. You will be an integral part supporting the WMS infrastructure across multiple DC’s. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• The primary purpose of this role is to translate business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs and to deliver code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions.

• Serve as frontline, Tier 1 Warehouse Management Systems Support Specialist
• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable uptime of WMS

• Utilize lean toolkit to study operations sequence and identify opportunities for improvement in procedures and workflow within Surya’s high-performance distribution center.
• Work with users to develop, program, test, and implement new systems and systems modifications.

• Support ad-hoc reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems or Network Administration, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience, required.
• Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL scripting experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software systems and/or processes to become an SME that operations can rely on to fix and optimize the WMS system.
• Ability to roll up your sleeves and be a problem-solver.

• Ability to work on-site at our corporate office in Cartersville, GA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Warehouse Management System administration, configuration & development

• Functional knowledge of all Körber/HighJump modules
• Experience in maintaining and creating reports using SSRS.
• Experience with Bartender label printing
