We are a Traumatic Brain Injury Center with offices in Elmhurst, Brooklyn Heights and Manhattan. We are looking for an enthusiastic Spanish-English speaking charismatic individual for our QUEENS CENTER , capable of multi-tasking, fully bilingual Spanish-English (Mandatory, we are not hiring non-bilingual candidates), and with great attitude. This individual will be in direct contact with patients. Strong computer skills required, and excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary.

- Assisting the doctors, administrative team, and fellow therapists to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Administrative Duties: (may include, but not limited to)
- Using computer applications
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed
- Welcoming patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Updating and filing patient medical records
- Handling correspondence, billing, and scanning of patient's files
- Preparing documents for billing, which includes scanning them and submitting them
- Assisting patients fill out forms
- Provide general office support, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Ensure the reception and therapy areas are clean and organized
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Translate from Spanish to English
Experience:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Familiarity with order entry processes
- Previous office management or administrative experience in a medical office is a plus
- Customer service experience is highly desirable
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is an advantage
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
