Job Description
- Conduct visits with clients in the 5 boroughs of NYC at minimum on a monthly basis
- Ensure all client needs are being met in correlation with the court order directives (i.e. arrange for medical and psychiatric treatment, shop for food/personal/housing items, distribution of funds, etc.)
- Applies for and maintains SNAP and PA where applicable
- Arranges and supervises heavy duty cleanings
- Crisis intervention
- Provide testimony in court regarding client progression, etc.
- Maintain up-to-date client files
- Perform all tasks requested by the Director of Programs, Program Director and Social Service Supervisor to support the functioning of the Guardianship Services Program
