1. Performs cleaning and janitorial duties, limited grounds maintenance, and minor repair work.
2. Reports needs for major repairs to Supervisor.
3. Keeps custodian’s storage rooms neat and orderly, and reports supply orders to the Supervisor.
4. Assists in control of sanitation.

Primarily responsible for routine and “as needed” cleaning of the company’s facilities.
