Administrative Assistant & Secretary

O’Brien, FitzGerald, Taylor & Keaveney, P.C. – CPA Firm in Waltham, MA

Part-time flexible hours

Small CPA firm with a friendly work environment is seeking an experienced administrative assistant and secretary, preferably with some public accounting background. The successful candidate takes pride in their work and should have excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor. It is important that the candidate has proficiency in Office 365 programs, especially Word. Good computer skills are also important. We are looking for the right person to fit in our office – someone who works effectively and is willing to learn.

  • Word processing of financial statements and correspondence
  • Tax return assembly
  • File maintenance and supplies ordering
  • Mail processing
  • Receptionist

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
