Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, warm calling, and networking
- Conduct research to understand client needs and develop customized solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
Skills:
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
- Strong negotiation skills to drive successful deals and contracts
- Ability to understand complex technology solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients
- Leadership qualities to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
