Duties will include, but not be limited to :
- Internet specific sales performance
- Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries from potential customers.
- Engage with customers via email, phone, and chat to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate information about vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers in scheduling test drives and appointments.
- Follow up with customers to answer questions, address concerns, and facilitate the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Utilize CRM tools and software to track customer interactions and manage leads effectively.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in automotive sales a must
- Proven track record handling internet traffic
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
