The Loss Prevention Assistant will provide phone support and works on various projects to assist the Camera, Safes and Fire Team. Essential Job Functions
Provide phone support to the Director of Facility Security and Alarm Services. Handles camera calls and support to stores, LP Auditors and LP Managers. Orders camera equipment and sets up the new camera installs Pulls video footage as requested. Handles safe repair calls, code changes for safes, e-mails work orders to vendors, follows up on service calls. Orders safes upgrades for existing stores that need replacements. Processes incoming TMAS requests for card access to the corporate office. Maintains spreadsheets with relation to fire projects and safe repairs. Follow up with service providers on the service que for ongoing issues with open requests. Provides support on PO entry and receiving paperwork for larger repair invoices. Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma. Proficient with Microsoft Suit. General knowledge of office equipment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills.
