Essential Responsibilities:
- Leading, training, and mentoring staff, including recruitment, motivation, coaching, development, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Assisting in the development of the department's annual budget and monitoring performance against the plan.
- Establishing and maintaining cost control systems for staffing, inventories, and supplies.
- Ensuring compliance with OHM and brand policies and procedures.
- Providing world-class guest service and meeting or exceeding guests' needs.
- Scheduling staff according to labor standards and forecasted occupancy.
- Maintaining room quality based on hotel objectives.
- Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness in rooms, storage areas, laundry, restrooms, and public areas.
- Complying with and reporting accurate status of guest rooms to the front office.
- Enforcing standard procedures for lost and found items.
- Supporting team member recognition and engagement programs.
- Performing other duties as required or requested.

Education & Experience:
- Two years of experience as an assistant executive housekeeper and two years of housekeeping experience in a commercial environment in a supervisory capacity preferred.
- Minimum of one year in a housekeeping role; hotel experience preferred.
- Minimum of High School education or GED; Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Hours:
- Due to the nature of the business, scheduling may vary and include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements of the Position:
- Heavy Work: Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 25 to 50 pounds frequently, and 10 to 20 pounds constantly to move objects.
- Requires walking or standing to a significant degree.
Physical Activity of the Position:
- Various physical activities including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, etc.
- Repetitive motion.
Visual Acuity Requirements:
- Must have visual acuity for accuracy and observations of facilities or structures.
