Responsibilities:

• Lead, train & mentor FOH staff.
• Manage departmental budget and expenses.
• Oversee front of the house operations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Enforce compliance with employment policies and maintain facility cleanliness.
• Set schedules, assign tasks, and create a positive work environment.
• Ensure safe food handling and uphold quality standards.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Skills & Abilities:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Previous hospitality management experience preferred.

Education & Experience:

• Previous front-end management experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.

Hours:

• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Light to moderate physical exertion including lifting up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Various physical activities including standing, walking, and bending.

Environmental Conditions:

• Inside work environment with occasional exposure to weather changes.
