Essential Responsibilities:

• Assist with stripping soiled linens from guest rooms and removing stains if needed.
• Operate washers and dryers properly, ensuring correct detergents are used.
• Wash bed wraps, duvets, mattress pads, and blankets according to hotel standards.
• Fold linens and iron table linens to hotel standards.
• Keep laundry area neat and clean and maintain cleanliness of equipment.
• Follow OHM and hotel standards, including safety procedures and environmental initiatives.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with others and maintain professionalism.
• Physical stamina to meet the demands of the position.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year in a Housekeeping role preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Hours:

• Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Heavy work: Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally.
• Various physical movements and activities required for the role.

Environmental Conditions:

• Inside work environment with protection from weather conditions.
• Exposure to wet and humid conditions.
• Noise and vibration may be present but controlled.
