OAC Action Construction is currently seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee projects on federal land and must be able to pass a back-ground check. The successful candidate will be able to read, understand and interpret plans & specifications as well as help develop and maintain scheduling in order to deliver a complete project on time. This candidate would have excellent organizational, communication and computer skills to include Microsoft suites and Microsoft Project. As the superintendent you will be interviewing sub-contractors, assuring their submittals are turned in on a timely basis, their work progress is on track with the schedule and conducted in a safe matter. The superintendent will have complete responsibility to manage the entire scope of a construction project, from the estimating department hand-off through the closeout phase. - AA in Construction Science/Management or equivalent work experience
