Job Description: As an LPN/RN at Oahu Care Facility, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitoring and assessing residents' health status.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN or RN license in the state of Hawaii.
- CPR certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassion and dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
- Previous experience in a long-term care facility is a plus.
