What You’ll Do:


As the International Sales Associate, you will drive sales strategies for bulk and overseas buyers. You will develop new client relationships and be responsible for growing your international business. In this role, you will also lead social content creation and campaigns tailored to international buyers on various social platforms such as WeChat.


What You’re Responsible For:


Sales Generation

  • Meet minimum sales requirements based on store volume
  • Provide exemplary client experience by executing OAK FORT Sales Culture
  • Drive sales through OAK FORT eCommerce purchases and social media platforms, including but not limited to WeChat and other social media platforms
  • Build client relationships through client follow-up
  • Be a brand ambassador by keeping up with new arrivals, product knowledge, and wearing current merchandise
  • Provide industry knowledge through awareness of products and prices in the market
  • Maximize sales during special events and customer services
  • Process cash desk operations with engagement, efficiency, and accuracy


Bulk Purchases

  • Provide exemplary service to bulk purchase clients
  • Build client relationships through client follow-up, ensuring the clients is aware of new product arrivals and promotions
  • Develop and build clientele basis for new bulk purchase clients
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current bulk purchase clients
  • Coordinate with necessary stakeholders to ensure inventory is available for requested bulk purchases
  • Ensure all operational procedures are executed accordingly and provide feedback on process enhancements


Store Functionality

  • Ensure the right quantity of stock is in the right place at the right time
  • Maintain proper presentation of merchandise in accordance to corporate directives
  • Efficiently and accurately support with shipping and receiving of merchandise
  • Perform inventory counts upon corporate office direction as needed
  • Participate in stock room organization
  • Support cleanliness and maintenance of physical store to create a safe and comfortable shopping experience
  • Adhere to loss prevention policies to prevent external and internal theft


What We’re Looking For:


  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
  • Strong fashion and styling sense with the ability to incorporate new fashion trends
  • Able to work well as part of a team in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of various social media platforms, i.e. WeChat.
  • You stay up to date on the latest trends, love editing images and videos using various apps on your phone, enjoy curating a cohesive feed using a scheduling app, and strive to engage and build your social media following. You aspire to be a social media influencer.
