Oak Park Place, a growing premier provider of long-term healthcare in Wisconsin has an opening for an Executive Assistant in our beautiful east side Madison location.
Qualified candidates should have experience as an executive assistant. This exciting opportunity requires someone who has experience working in a fast-paced position that can take the lead on a variety of healthcare and real-estate projects. Responsibilities:
- The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Arranges travel and accommodation for regional staff and candidates.
- Be flexible to oversee a variety of projects and ensure they are being completed.
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and sending out proper handouts as well.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
The qualified candidate will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Four or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- High school education required, college degree preferred.
- Experience with project management software and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex documents.
- Real estate experience is a plus.
