We are seeking an RN MDS Coordinator. We offer competitive pay, including pm/ night and Weekend differentials, and great benefits, including PTO and Holiday pay. This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual that is looking for personal growth and development in a state of the art health care setting.
Qualifications:
- Must possess as a minimum an RN degree from an accredited university or college
- Two years of long term care experience required
- Must possess an intimate knowledge of the MDS process
- Must have one year of experience as and MDS assessment nurse
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, resident family members, visitors, and the general public
