SDC/Infection Control Nurse- RN

We are currently seeking a skilled SDC/Infection Control RN to join our team at Seneca Place! The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing exceptional care to patients and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. The SDC/Infection Control RN will be responsible for overseeing the infection control program, managing staff education and training, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement an effective infection control program

- Conduct regular infection control audits and assessments

- Provide staff education and training on infection control practices

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care and compliance with regulations

- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities

Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in infection control and/or staff development

- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to infection control

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
