Oakland Creek is a professional real estate firm specializing in apartment locating – a full-service solution for renters who want to save time and money when looking for their new home. We aim to help people find the perfect apartment and create a workplace where our team can be themselves. We currently have more leads than we know what to do with; consequently, our team requires additional team members ready to take on the Sales Team role and expand alongside us while focusing hard and striving toward success!
What does an apartment locator do?
Ultimately, your job is to locate apartments for your clients. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Handle the client relationship from initial contact to signing a lease and beyond.
- Connect with customers through texting, calling, and emailing to build stronger relationships.
- Create a tailored list of available apartment units to rent.
- Reach out to property partners and coordinate tours, then be present for each tour.
- Unlock generous commissions by helping clients find their ideal rental property!

Commission:
Compensation comes from commissions earned through successful property transactions.
- We expect an average of 8-12 contracted customers each month based on a full-time commitment; compensation is expected to be between $70K-$125K annually.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- A laptop and phone to stay in touch with your clients!
- An active Texas Real Estate license
- Local Travel is Required: Navigating your way through the city with clients, providing them with tours along their journey.
