Operating in beautiful Quincy, CA, Oakland Feather River Camp has been providing San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California families and youth with meaningful and fun outdoor vacation experiences since 1924. Check out our website for more information on who we are and what we do!

YOUR DAY: Each Morning, you will lead our toddler programming at our Tot Lot, an area designed for campers between the ages of 2-5. For the other part of your day, you will help plan, facilitate and supervise the wide array of camp’s recreation activities such as guarding at the swimming hole or hosting the camp talent show. You’ll also do whatever it takes to keep camp moving, from preparing the site, to responding to guest needs, and cleaning up after events.

YOUR PAY: $660-710/week

WHY YOU MATTER: You are the heartbeat of Camp. You are the engine that runs the freight train. You are the camp memory makers AND you make camp run! This position will support our traditional camp programming in the afternoons and/or evenings, and will be responsible for the smooth running of our Tot Lot each morning. When our campers drive away on their last day, you are the staff member they are raving about!

COVID-19 considerations:

All employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by the time they begin employment. Oakland Feather River Camp carefully follows all public health guidance. Additionally, our open-air facility allows for extremely low risk of spread.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $660.00 - $710.00 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• This position has the opportunity to live on site in rustic platform tents or rustic cabins. There is no heat, air conditioning, or plumbing in these housing units. Full communal bath houses are available near all housing. (visit our website for housing photos) Are you willing to live in these accommodations during the entire time of employment?
• This is a seasonal job with employment dates of May 29-September 2, 2024. Are you available for those dates?
