What You’ll Do as the Coordinator of Support Services :
- Coordinate and facilitate all support services to the Mishawaka site.
- Hire, train, and monitor the performance of administrative assistants and schedulers.
- Works collaboratively with program team leaders
- Administrative oversight for residential programs
- Keeps support staff up-to-date with information as it relates to data entry, clinical services, and system issues
Minimum Hiring Requirements
- High School diploma / GED required; college degree preferred.
- 2-5 years administrative experience required
- Previous supervisory experience recommended
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
