What You’ll Do
We are currently searching for a Team Leader for the Permanent Supportive Housing Program in South Bend.
Primary responsibilities for a Team Leader include:
Primary responsibilities for a Team Leader include:
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to the supportive housing team
- Build and maintain a cohesive team, hiring and training of new team members, providing oversight of team billing, clinical documentation and maintaining a budget
- Maintain relationships with community partners and organizations
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and make recommendations for treatment
- May provide individual, family and group therapy
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes the client, family, referral sources, and other providers within Oaklawn
- Some evening hours are expected

Minimum Hiring Requirements for a Team Leader:
- LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A required
- LCSW, LMHC, LMFT preferred. 2 years clinical and leadership experience preferred.
- Candidates with or eligible for a temporary license will be considered at a pro-rated salary.
- Must provide diploma and official transcripts
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
