What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accountant position at Oaknoll?
Oaknoll has an opportunity for a full-time Accountant. The Accountant is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the Business Office. They will review invoices for proper documentation, enter payable records, coordinate timely payment to vendors and respond to all vendor finance inquiries. They will analyze invoices, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and conformance to Oaknoll internal controls and standards. They will manage Oaknoll’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) resident database and review entries to ensure data integrity. Additionally, the qualified candidate will evaluate current processes and recommend changes to develop and implement best practice accounting procedures.

Minimum Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to establish priorities, collaborate, and organize efficiently.
- Detail-orientated, reliable, and ethical conduct.
- Strong data analysis, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
