Assisted Living Administrator

The Assisted Living Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of a residential assisted living facility. The Administrator will oversee the staff, manage finances, ensure compliance with state regulations, and lead initiatives to enhance the quality of life for residents. This position requires a combination of leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Administrator must have a valid state license, extensive experience in senior care, and knowledge of facility management and healthcare regulations. The Administrator is expected to provide compassionate, high-quality care to all residents and ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
Assisted Living Administrator Duties
- Develop and implement policies, procedures and programs for the operation of the assisted living facility
- Supervise staff, including hiring, training and evaluating personnel
- Ensure residents' safety, health and well-being
- Develop and manage a budget for the facility
- Maintain records, licensures and certifications
- Interact with residents and their families and other members of the health care team
- Provide direction to staff regarding resident care and services

- Proven experience as an assisted living administrator or similar role

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
