Description
Job Overview
The interim admin will oversee projects as assigned. Reports to the Kids Director, Kate Guajardo. The position will be part time (10 hours per week) and serve as a working interview with the possiblilty of a long term role.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Manage Communication Calendar: Parent Letters, text campaigns, social media, website updates, etc.
- Assist with event registration, budget, and event details
- Assist department with administrative needs: calendars, purchasing, event prep
- Assist with Pastoral Care needs: meals, gifts, deliveries
- All other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities
- None.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong task management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
General Expectations

- Attend Tuesday Staff Prayer Meetings, All Staff Meetings, “All Hands On Deck” Events
- “Serve One and Attend One” at weekly Oaks Church Sunday services.
