As an Accountant, you will work in an office based setting located in Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ.
Responsibilities
- All aspects of month end close;
- Preparation of Balance Sheet and Income Statements;
- Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts;
- Manage cash balances and bank accounts;
- Monthly cash analysis worksheet;
- Prepare and post journal entries daily and month end;
- Prepare and post cash receipts daily;
- Analyze variances budget vs. expenses and prior year;
- Analyze variances budget vs. revenue and prior year;
- Review cash and check deposit weekly;
- Review outstanding purchase order file;
- Various quarterly reporting to state;
- General Accounting duties;
- Preparation of documents for agency audit;
- Prepare and Coordinate Annual Audit;
- Prepare Budget for New Programs;
- Other projects as assigned.
