As a Secretary, you will work within our Children's Mobile Response program.
The potential candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel; Possess excellent public relation skills; Maintain the highest level of confidentiality; and must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:15am to 5:00pm; 45 minute unpaid lunch break
Responsibilities:
Responding to and answering telephone calls;
Manage appointments and waiting room;
Responsible for assuring that first impression for all who visit our facility receive extraordinary customer service to all visitors, vendors, consumers, and staff;
Schedule appointments;
Responsible for administrative and clerical functions of the programs;
Mail distribution and filing;
Coordinating program meetings/events as needed.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent plus secretarial, administrative or clerical experience;
- Previous clerical and customer service experience a plus;
- Must be 18 years old or above;
- Possession of a valid driver s license in good standing.
