Oakwood Legal Group is seeking a full-time records clerk. This position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate must possess the following qualities:

- Proficient in basic computer programs (i.e. Email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
Reports To:
Director of Operations
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Request police reports, medical records, and medical bills.
- Call lien holders for final bill amounts at demand prep.
- Open Medicare and DHCS claims.
- Works on demands and demand prep by uploading necessary documents to demand writer, presenting the drafted demand to the attorneys for edits, the printing the final demand and all exhibits, scanning and mailing out.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1-year previous office/clerical to assist with filing and performing general clerical duties.
- Must possess strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and manner.
