What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Clerk position at OASIS Corporation?
We currently have a contract to hire position with one of our clients located in Concord, NC. The need is for a Billing / Invoicing Clerk. The position begins as a 90 day contract period for training and converts to a direct hire position with full benefits after the 90 days period. This is a great opportunity with a company that offers competitive benefits and a casual work environment! The position is located in Concord, NC, but there will be a training period of 1-2 weeks that will take place at a company location in Greensboro, NC. The company will pay for mileage to and from Greensboro and will also provide hotel accommodations during training.
The Responsibilities of the Billing / Invoicing Clerk will include:
- Correspond with company drivers / dispatch office to verify order details.
- Verify and input order details for scheduled loads.
- Finalize details and create invoices for customers.
- Correspond with customers / management to resolve billing discrepancies / errors.
- Finalize driver settlements for submission to payroll.
Requirements:
- Must have the ability to handle a high volume workload.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Self-Starter.
- Computer literate.
