Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 per year based on hourly rate plus commission

Job Type: Full time, Monday thru Friday with rotating Saturdays

Job Qualifications

 Passion for design and ability to discern and coordinate colors, scale and textures

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Friendly, outgoing personality

 Self-motivated and career-minded professionalism

 Experience networking and building relationships; working with social media platforms

 Ability to listen and translate customer wants into design choices

 Experience reading blueprints and writing estimates

 Responsible for understanding and utilizing design applications

With our generous commission-based compensation plan, your income is limited only by the amount of effort you apply. In addition to your commission compensation, there are other bonus opportunities. The potential income ranging from our experienced Oasis Floors & Design Center design consultants is $50,000 to $80,000 /year.
