Join forces with the Culligan global team of Demand Planners, sparking creativity and fostering innovation.
Planning (20%)
Determine appropriate finished goods stocking levels, leveraging both history and forecast to adapt to demand variation
Serve as a key user in our ERP ecosystem (JD Edwards), wielding knowledge across all planning layers to drive strategic decision-making.
Design future planning processes as we transition to a new ERP
Purchasing (30%)
Release FG purchase orders to internal international expedite team
Oversee FG order to ensure timely arrival
Ensure timely transfer of spare parts from manufacturing to the distribution center
Use MRP to release Purchase Orders for non-manufactured spare parts
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer service, procurement, production, and logistics, to align supply chain activities with overall business goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to effectively work in team environment across multi-functional disciplines
Good planning and organization skills; self-starter with solid problem-solving ability
Proven experience in procurement, planning or supply chain management.
Familiarity with ERP systems and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, but will strongly consider someone with 5 years’ experience in lieu of degree
Additional Licensing or Certification in Purchasing and/or Inventory Control Disciplines a plus
