Currently Hiring: We are seeking passionate, trustworthy caregivers to join our amazing team for day, evening, and night shifts (FT, PT, and on call). Our community is a hub of activity with a charming layout and gorgeous scenery. What We Do: Our Caregivers provide daily care to our residents by supporting their daily activities of living. This includes bathing/bathroom assistance, providing emotional support and encouragement. Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavioral, and overall needs of our residents. Medication management (not all caregivers pass medications).

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a strong benefit package to our staff that includes medical, dental, and vision (30 hours a week or more). PTO, holiday pay, and sick leave (for eligible positions). Retirement account. Other benefits include:
⦁ $17.00 to $23.00 per hour, (additional shift differential for certain shifts worked)
⦁ Educational support for continuing education

Staff assigned to work exclusively in two specific houses on campus are eligible to receive:
⦁ $300 sign on bonus paid after 90 days and $1,000 retention bonus paid after one year of service. To receive both bonuses, you must be in good standing, be current on your training requirements and have maintained full-time status in the bonus period noted (90 days and 1 year)
⦁ For new hires hired prior to October 1, 2023, an additional 40 hours of PTO will be provided at 90 days of employment. To receive additional PTO hours, you must be in good standing, be current on your training requirements and have maintained full-time status during your first 90 days of employment
We are seeking folks that are genuinely interested in supporting our residents and their team members. Experience working with seniors is a plus, however not required. Other requirements include valuing and respecting our residents. Having consistent attendance and reliable method of transportation. Ability to correspond and document properly for resident charting purposes. Excellent oral communication; reading and writing. Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and can ambulate quickly and often throughout a regular shift. Must be able to pass a background check with the State of Oregon.
Caregiver Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Speak, read and write English fluently
- Value and respect of elderly/assisted living
- Have consistent attendance/reliable method of transportation
- Ability to correspond and document properly in charts and portal
- Excellent oral communication, reading comprehension skills, written communication
Caregiver Responsibilities: (not limited to)
- Assisting residents with ADLS
- Teamwork, cooperation, training & development
- Assist clients with personal care, which may include (but not limited to):
-Bathing/Bathroom Assistance
-Morning/Evening Preparations
-Morning/Evening Dress and attire
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavioral, overall needs of clients
- Maintain a clean, safe and orderly environment for both residents and colleagues
Referral Offerings:
-$300 after new hire works first shift and $100 gift card
New hire must be FT status and in good standing
-$700 after new hire works 90 days
New hire must be FT status and in good standing
$1,000 after new hire has worked 180 hours
New hire must be FT status and in good standing
