Where do you fit into our story?
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role for one of the world’s most exciting architectural practices. You’ll lead the management of all phases of the design process. You will interface with clients to define project requirements and establish work plans and deadlines. You will collaborate with others on proposal preparation and prepare strategic plans that ensure projects are executed effectively—on time, within the budget, and surpassing the client’s expectations. You’ll be responsible for managing the entire project setup, including work plan, schedule, fees, billing, and collections, and you will track and manage the financial performance of projects. Requirements
Required qualifications for this role in our story:
· Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited university (Master’s degree and licensure preferred but not required)
· Experience: 10 years of professional experience with strong conceptual design skills in hospitality and resort design
· Extensive expertise in business development and maintaining client relationships
· Excellent presentation skills
· Ability to execute on multiple projects simultaneously, from design through construction documentation
· Experience coordinating international consultants and junior staff
· Experience in contract administration
· Ability to manage projects, individuals, and teams
· Eagerness to learn from mentors and inspire junior team members
· Ability to communicate clearly with consultants, contractors, and teams
· Ability to work on proposals and negotiate contracts and fees
· Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tasks, priorities, and deadlines
· Interested in achieving solutions for environmental sustainability and ideally have knowledge of LEED accreditation process
