Job Purpose
The purpose of the HR Services Associate is to provide world-class service to our clients and employees by being an expert in our HCM system: iSolved. This individual will be directly responsible for answering phone calls and emails related to system questions and will be responsible for basic system troubleshooting. Other job duties include submission of drug and background screenings, unemployment claims, E-Verify submissions, verifications of employment, payroll packaging backup, and dropping FedEx envelopes off at the FedEx office when needed (drop off center within 1 mile of the office).
Responsibilities
- Customer Service. Showcases expertise and patience with questions that worksite employees may have through interactions over the phone, via email, and in person. Ensures that all interactions are professional, courteous, and positive experiences. Guides employees on how they can change their tax withholdings, direct deposit information, contact information, and how they can download their check stubs and W2s.
- New Hire Assistance. Assists clients with initiating onboarding, hiring, and completing the I-9 form.
- Technical Support. Assists with basic system troubleshooting related to login issues, web browser issues, and hardware (time clocks) issues. Is able to set up iSolved performance reviews and maintenance iSolved time and attendance.
- Training. Trains clients and employees on system functionality and navigation. The training may be in person or remote.
- Timely and Accurate administrative processing. Accurately manages the Service Team inbox, and assigns emails to the appropriate departments. Ensures that tasks are completed with 100% accuracy.
- Participation in Projects. Plays an active role in various events and projects throughout the year including open enrollment and year-end activities.
What We're Looking For
- Be comfortable and effective with using technology for daily responsibilities. This includes Word, Excel, and web-based software.
- Be able to work Monday - Friday 8:00 AM MST - 5:00 PM MST (on some occasions work until 5:30 PM MST).
- Be able to work in the Denver Tech Center office at minimum 3 days a week. Employee will have the option to work from home two days a week.
- Be composed and confident in dealing with stressful or high-pressure situations.
- Be comfortable working within multiple teams while providing ongoing support to the team members. Be able to immediately respond to critical, time-sensitive deadlines.
- Have strong Interpersonal skills verbal and written.
- Must be comfortable and adaptable to quickly shift priorities.
- Possess strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- 2 years of working in an office settings.
Preferred Requirements:
- 2 years experience working with web-based software or working for a Professional Employer Organization (PEO).
- 2 of Human Resource Administrator work.

Salary: $20-$25 per hour
