Area Program Supervisor

Job Summary:

TEAM UP WITH US!! ODC is seeking an Area Program Supervisor to work closely with the Program Services Director, to ensure that each individual receives the necessary support that confirms their needs, interests, and preferences are respected and provided for in a safe and healthy environment to maximize personal success. This position will carry a partial caseload which may be multi-divisional depending on the current needs. Bachelor’s degree in human services, human relations, or related field. Two (2) years of experience may be substituted for each year of formal education. Experience and knowledge of services provided to and working with vulnerable populations, preferably adults with disabilities. Must exhibit sound judgment, critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 software with an interest in learning and becoming proficient in our case management software system. Excellent communication skills; professional and presents well when interacting with service recipients, family members, team members, business partners and other stakeholders. Ability to direct and motivate others. Must be a highly driven, organized individual with a strong work ethic and core value system. This position will be based within our central/western service area and will require frequent travel to the outlying communities.

Mandatory DHS Background Study. Must possess a valid driver’s license, with an insurable, unrestricted driver’s record that meets the requirements of ODC’s insurance providers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Willingness to travel:
