Ocean Canyon is looking to add new team members to its roster of motivated employees!
We are looking for a results-oriented candidate with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Resort Manager. This position will be responsible for overseeing the entire porfolio of park operations for our Mountain Lakes Resort, including managing a team of employees, while acting within the scope of company objectives and policies.
Job Responsibilities
- Direct report to the Director of Resort Operations
- Management of Housekeeping, Security, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Store, and Activities staff
- Hire, train, and manage a resort staff that effectively and efficiently delivers a consistently high level of customer service.
- Ensures that all employees receive the training, support, guidance, feedback and resources necessary to successfully perform their job.
- Maintains property, safety and operational standards and a positive and open level of communication between employees, guests and corporate office.
Skills/Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in property management - Preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong management abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to react calmly and quickly in emergency situations.
Work Environment
- Indoor/Outdoor.
- Hot/Cold Temperature.
- Noise level can be high.
- Vehicles – Golf Carts moving.
