Job Resposibilities & Requirements:

Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
Serves as a leader for employees while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication.
Acts as a role model and coaches while deveoping employees using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating expectations.
Train all employees to comply with State Lottery Regulations and Company Internal Controls.
Instruct all Cage employees in Currency Transaction Reporting Procedures and Guidelines.
Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Must have the ability to obtain and keep a Principal Gaming License through Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency. #oceandowns
