Ocean Spray is looking for an International Logistics Analyst!
This role is based at our Lakeville, MA headquarters.
A Day in the Life of an International Logistics Analyst:
International Logistics & Customs Compliance
- Maintain Country of origin records for all materials and ingredients
- Conduct internal and external customs entry audits
- Track shipments and OGS shipment status
- Prepare customs documents
- Maintain customs, transportation and warehouse data in information systems, trouble shoot EDI errors
- Audit and process logistics invoices
- Prepare freight accruals
- Reconcile inventory and organic product certifications
- Provide support to Global Customer Operations on compliance, warehouse and transportation operations
- Complete assigned project work to meet overall global logistics objectives and Cooperative goals.
- Support sample, WIP and FSQA courier export and import shipments
- Perform customs & transportation research
- Prepare year in review report
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree, with Supply Chain / Logistics / International Trade experience
- 2-4 years of relevant transportation experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office -Strong Excel, BI
- Data analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-Motivated
- SAP experience a plus
- Ability to work cross functionally in a matrix environment
- Ability to plan and organize to complete projects on time
- Follow up on assigned tasks
